The Pile of Rubbish is just incredible! The author takes you into a journey from page one to simply explain how important it is not avoid our problems and emotions and pile them away as this can spiral and make us very unhappy. What I like the most is how she portrays that it’s is okay to ask for help and even going to therapy, and that we need people in our lives and all of this is beautifully done through stunning images! I don’t think this is just a book for children, everyone of us should have a copy, I am definitely giving this as a present to a couple of my adult friends who struggle to express their emotions. Love it, love it, love it, just love it! A must have! Specially if you have children.
